Please Read Carefully Before Booking
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from LTS Car Rental. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the renter must:
Meet the minimum age requirement (21+ or 25+ for certain vehicles)
Hold a valid driving license
Provide valid identification (Passport, Visa, Emirates ID if applicable)
Meet all UAE legal driving requirements
LTS reserves the right to refuse service if requirements are not met.
2. Booking & Payment
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
Prices are quoted per day unless otherwise stated.
Rates may vary depending on season, availability, and demand.
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit is held to cover:
Traffic fines
Salik (toll charges)
Damages not covered by insurance
Additional mileage charges
The deposit is refunded after the rental period, subject to clearance of fines and damages.
4. Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price.
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered under the policy.
A valid police report is mandatory in case of any accident.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs voids insurance coverage.
5. Usage Restrictions
The rented vehicle may NOT be used for:
Off-road driving (unless specified)
Racing or track use
Illegal activities
Subleasing to another person
Driving outside the UAE
Only the authorized driver(s) listed in the contract may operate the vehicle.
6. Traffic Fines & Salik
All traffic fines, toll charges (Salik), and violations during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
7. Mileage Policy
Each rental includes a specified daily mileage limit. Additional mileage will be charged accordingly.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full booking charges.
Exact cancellation terms may vary depending on the vehicle category.
9. Vehicle Return
The vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Excess cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.
10. LTS Rights
LTS Car Rental reserves the right to:
Cancel or modify bookings due to availability
Refuse rental if terms are violated
Update pricing and policies without prior notice
